Having known and worked with Jeff Baker for many years, there was no question that Total Construction and Design would be my contractor of choice for the two construction projects that I have contracted for in the last two years.
One of these projects is a ground-up Ranch House located outside of Mescal, Arizona which proved to offer unique challenges with the terrain and site issues. The other is a 2,000 square foot addition to my home in Tucson Providing guest quarters, a studio and an additional garage striving to make the addition appear to be part of the original construction. Total Construction and Design has achieved this goal.
Being a specialty contractor myself, it was extremely important that the construction of these projects met the standards of workmanship that was vital to me. Jeff has amassed a group of subcontractors and tradesmen that provide this level of quality construction. He is not only “hands-on” with the actual construction but was also helpful with combining both design and function of the various components of the projects.
